Most orders ship within five business days of placing your order and additional processing is required when paying by personal check. I ship by Priority Mail which is a 2-3 day delivery time. Overnight mail only if you call prior to placing your order. Canadian and Worldwide shipments are subject to additional handling and mailing fees. Discontinued Items are subject to availability. Returns If you are not satisfied with your jewelry order, please call 919-455-4629 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 3 calendar days of the receipt of the order. Made to order, personalized or other customized pieces may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. You must return the product to 1538 Hemphill Drive, Raleigh, NC 27609 within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. The Spoiled Sparrow may assess a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders. All returns received after the deadline will be issued as an in-house credit and may be used toward future purchases.
